• Step 5 : An OTP will be received on the registered email and registered mobile number of the candidate, he will have to enter it.

CDS Syllabus: CDS exam is conducted twice a year by UPSC for recruitment to Indian Defense Services such as the Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy, Air Force Academy, and Officers Training Academy. UPSC Kya Hai?

UPSC का पूरा नाम Union Public Service Commission (संघ लोक सेवा आयोग) है। आजादी के तत्पश्चात 26 अक्टूबर 1950 ईस्वी को लोक सेवा आयोग के नाम में संशोधन कर संघ लोक सेवा आयोग (UPSC) रखा गया। इस संशोधन का संबंध संविधान के Article 315 से है। संघ लोक सेवा आयोग का भी कार्य ग्रेड A तथा B के अधिकारियों का चयन करना है। UPSC केंद्र और राज्य के स्तर पर कुल 24 सेवाओं की परीक्षा आयोजित करती है जिसमें IAS सबसे प्रमुख है। इसे भारत की सर्वोच्च परीक्षा की दर्जा दी गई है। (UPSC Kya Hai UPSC Taiyari Kaise Kab Se Karen)

दोस्तों आज के समय में हर युवक का एक ही सपना होता है एक प्रतिष्ठित नौकरी पाना। परंतु बढ़ती हुई जनसंख्या के मामलों ने इस पर नकारात्मक प्रभाव डाला है। Competition level इतनी वृद्धि हुई है कि नौकरी मिलना दुर्लभ हैं। आप सभी के मन में एक प्रश्न जरूर उठता होगा कि देश के बड़े- बड़े अफसरों जैसे (IAS,IPS) की नियुक्ति कैसे होती है। दोस्तों आज हम इससे संबंधित सभी जानकारियां देंगे। इस मुकाम को हासिल करने के लिए यूपीएससी द्वारा आयोजित परीक्षा पास करना होता है जो सबसे कठिन एवं देश के सबसे सम्माननीय परीक्षा है।

UPSC द्वारा आयोजित परीक्षाएं।

• सिविल सर्विस एग्जाम (CSE).
• इंजीनियरिंग सर्विसेज एग्जामिनेशन (ESE).
• कंबाइंड डिफेंस सर्विस (CDS).
• नेशनल डिफेंस अकादमी (NDA).
• नौसेना एकेडमी (NA).

CSE परीक्षा के अंतर्गत UPSC के अंदर कुल 24 पद होते हैं। जैसेे- भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (IAS), भारतीय पुलिस सेवा (IPS), भारतीय राजस्व सेवा (IRS), भारतीय विदेश सेवा (IFS), संयुक्त चिकित्सा सेवा (CMS), केंद्रीय सशस्त्र पुलिस बल (CAPF) इत्यादि। इनमें सभी ग्रेड A तथा B के अधिकारी हैं जिसका चयन संघ लोक सेवा आयोग द्वारा किया गया है।

UPSC के लिए योग्यता(Eligibility for upsc exam)

शैक्षणिक योग्यता(education):

1. जो विद्यार्थी अपनी स्नातक की परीक्षा किन्ही एक संकाय (विज्ञान, कला या कॉमर्स) से पूरा कर चुका हो, वह यूपीएससी के लिए योग्य माना जाता है। साथ ही स्नातक की परीक्षा में 50% अंक अनिवार्य है।
2. ग्रेजुएशन के अंतिम वर्षों में अध्ययन कर रहे विद्यार्थी भी यूपीएससी के प्रीलिम्स में बैठ सकते हैं। हां यह जरूरी बन जाता है कि मेंस की परीक्षा में ग्रेजुएशन का प्रमाण देना होता है।

उम्र सीमा(UPSC Exam age limit):

1. सामान्य वर्ग के विद्यार्थियों के लिए न्यूनतम उम्र 21 वर्ष तथा अधिकतम 32 वर्ष है। यह विद्यार्थी अधिकतम 6 प्रयास कर सकते हैं।
2. SS/ST वर्ग के विद्यार्थीयों के लिए न्यूनतम उम्र 21 तथा अधिकतम 37 वर्ष है। इन्हें उम्र के मामलों में 5 वर्ष का छूट दिया जाता है और साथ में असीमित प्रयास की सुविधा।
3. OBC वर्ग के विद्यार्थियों को 3 वर्ष का छूट दिया जाता है। अर्थात इनकी अधिकतम उम्र 35 वर्ष होनी चाहिए। ऐसे वर्ग के विद्यार्थी कुल 9 प्रयास कर सकते हैं।

UPSC में भर्ती की प्रक्रिया।

UPSC की परीक्षा तीन चरण में होती है। Prelims, Mains और Interview. आइए सबसे पहले प्रीलिम्स के परीक्षा प्रक्रिया को समझते हैं।

1. Prelims परीक्षा की प्रक्रिया: Prelims की परीक्षा में कुल 2 पेपर होते हैं जिनका प्राप्तांक मेरिट लिस्ट में नहीं जोड़ा जाता है। हां लेकिन यह जरूरी है कि मेंस की परीक्षा में बैठने के लिए prelims में कम से कम 33% अंक अनिवार्य है। इसमें नकारात्मक अंक की प्रक्रिया अपनाई जाती है। अभ्यर्थियों द्वारा गलत उत्तर देने पर उनके प्राप्तांक में से 1/3 अंक काट लिए जाते हैं।
2. Mains परीक्षा की प्रक्रिया: Prelims की परीक्षा में उत्तीर्ण विद्यार्थी को मेंस की परीक्षा में बैठने का अवसर दिया जाता है। इसमें कुल 9 पेपर होते हैं जो लिखित प्रश्न पत्र के आधार पर आते हैं। इनमें 2 भाषा के लिए प्रश्न पत्र होते हैं। मेंस की परीक्षा की अवधि लगभग एक सप्ताह तक का होता है। विद्यार्थी को साक्षात्कार तक पहुंचने के लिए मेंस की परीक्षा में 25% अंक लाना अनिवार्य है।
3. साक्षात्कार (Interview): Personal Interview यूपीएससी का अंतिम चरण होता है। मेंस की परीक्षा में उत्तीर्ण विद्यार्थी को साक्षात्कार के लिए बुलाया जाता है। मेंस की परीक्षा कोई 1750 अंक तथा साक्षात्कार की परीक्षा 275 अंक का होता है। इस प्रकार मेरिट लिस्ट के लिए कुल 2025 अंको की परीक्षा ली जाती है। इसमें विद्यार्थी के व्यक्तित्व, गुण, लक्षण, भाषा की शैली और विचारों को देखा जाता है। साथ ही साथ कुछ सामान्य ज्ञान और वर्तमान जनित घटनाओं से संबंधित प्रश्न पूछे जाते हैं।

यूपीएससी एग्जाम के बाद सैलरी

UPSC द्वारा सिविल सर्विस की परीक्षा मे चयनित छात्रों को विभिन्न पदों पर (जैसे-IAS, IPS, IFS, IRS आदि) उनके रैंक के आधार पर प्रतिपादित किया जाता है। सभी अधिकारियों का वेतन उनके position के अनुसार दिया जाता है। वेतन में बहुत ज्यादा का अंतर नहीं होता, परंतु IAS को अन्य सभी के अपेक्षा मूल वेतन में कुछ अधिक राशि दिए जाते हैं। हां या तथ्य सही है कि मूल वेतन के अतिरिक्त अन्य सभी सुविधाएं प्रत्येक सिविल सर्विस अधिकारी को समान दिया जाता है।

ट्रेनिंग के दौरान लगभग ₹45000 दिए जाते हैं लेकिन एक जिला अधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्त होने के बाद IAS और IPS का प्रारंभिक वेतन एक समान ( 56,100 रुपए) मिलता है। IPS का उच्चतम वेतन 2,25,000 रुपए जबकि IAS को 2,50,000 रुपए दिया जाता है। सैलरी देने की यह प्रक्रिया सातवें वेतन आयोग के आधार पर हुआ है।

1. रणनीति और अध्ययन सामग्री

   सिविल सेवा परीक्षा के लिए सबसे पहले आपको अपनी 12वीं की पढ़ाई के बाद ही ये डिसिजन लें लेना चाहिए कि आपको सिविल सेवा में जाना है। सिविल सेवा की तैयारी के लिए कम से कम 2 से 3 वर्ष का समय लगता है। आप अपने ग्रेजुएशन के दिनों से ही इसकी तैयारी शुरू कर दे। इस परीक्षा की तैयारी की शुरूआत NCERT की किताबों का अध्ययन करने से करे। इसके अलावा सिविल सेवा परीक्षा का पूरा सिलेबस अपने साथ रखे और उसके अनुसार ही तैयारी करे। अधिकतर कैंडिडेट अपनी ग्रेजुएशन के किसी एक विषय में से ही परीक्षा के मुख्य चरण के लिए विषय चुनते है। इससे आपको आसानी रहती है क्योंकि आप ग्रेजुएशन के साथ इस विषय को पूरे तीन साल पढ़ते है। इसके अलावा दूसरे चयनित वैकल्पिक विषयों के लिए आप स्टडी मटेरियल का चयन कर सकते है या फिर एक्सपर्ट की सलाह ले सकते है।

2. समसामयिक मुद्दो की ऐसे करें तैयारी

   समसामयिक विषयों की तैयारी करने के लिए आप नियमित रूप से समाचार पत्रों का अध्ययन करें। जैसे द हिंदू, इंडियन एक्सप्रेस के अलावा बीबीसी और डीडी न्यूज का बुलेटिन जरूर देखे। पिछले साल के प्रारंभिक प्रश्न पत्रों में भी समसामयिक मुद्दों से संबंधित प्रश्नों का अच्छा अनुपात रहा है इसलिए ये जरूरी है कि समसामयिक मुद्दों की तैयारी करते रहना चाहिए। इसके अलावा आप समसामयिक मुद्दों के लिए किताबों का भी सहारा लें सकते है। इसके लिए आप चाहे तो NCERT और NIOS की किताबों को पढ़ सकते है ये किताबें आनलाईन नि:शुल्क उपलब्ध है।

3. विषयों का चयन करते समय रखे इन बातों का ख्याल

   सिविल सेवा परीक्षा में सबसे जरूरी होता है विषय का अध्ययन इसलिए, विषय का चयन करते समय इस बात ध्यान रखें कि आपको उस विषय में रूचि है या नही। वैसे तो कोई भी विषय अध्ययन के लिए असंभव नही है लेकिन फिर भी जिस विषय में आपकी रूचि है उसी विषय का चयन करना आपके लिए फायदेमंद रहता है। सिविल सेवा परीक्षा का सिलेबस बहुत बड़ा होने के कारण पूरे साल भर अध्ययन करना पड़ता है। इसलिए योजना के अनुसार ही चलते हुए पूरे साल अध्ययन करना जरूरी है।

4. पढ़ाई के लिए जरूरी है एकाग्रता

   सिविल सेवा परीक्षा निकालने के लिए ये जरूरी है कि आप अपने लक्ष्य के प्रति एकाग्र रहे। क्योंकि सिविल सेवा की परीक्षा कोई बैंकिग या एसएससी की परीक्षा नही है जिसमें रट्टा मारने से सफलता मिल जाती है। इसलिए इस परीक्षा की तैयारी के लिए आपको त्याग तो करना ही पड़ेगा, इसके बिना आप इस परीक्षा में कुछ नही कर सकते। आपको दो से तीन साल सिविल सेवा के लिए देने ही पड़ेंगे। इन सालों में हर दिन आपको नियमित अध्ययन करना पड़ेगा।

5. .कितना पढ़ना है जरूरी

   सिविल सेवा परीक्षा के लिए वैसे तो एक साल पर्याप्त है लेकिन लोगों को दो से तीन साल भी लग जाते है। ये अलग-अलग लोगों की क्षमता पर निर्भर करता है कि वे कितना अध्ययन कर सकते है। इसलिए हर दिन कम से कम 6 घंटे रोजाना पढ़ाई करना जरूरी है। कई बार ऐसा होता है कि आप तैयारी करते-करते डिमोटिवेट हो जाते है इसलिए मोटिवेशनल किताबों को पढ़े। आपके आस-पास कैसे लोग रहते है इसका आपकी जिंदगी पर काफी असर पड़ता है। अगर आपके आसपास नेगेटिव लोग रहते है तो ऐसे लोगों से जितना हो सके दूर रहने का प्रयास करे। ऐसे लोगों के साथ रहे जो आपको अच्छा फील करवाते है।

6. .पढ़ाई के साथ लेखन का अभ्यास भी है जरूरी

   आपको पढ़ने के साथ लिखने का भी अभ्यास करना है क्योंकि प्री एग्जाम निकालने के बाद मेंस की परीक्षा देनी पड़ती है जिसमें आपको लिखना पड़ता है। आप किसी भी टॉपिक पर संक्षेप में लगभग 200 शब्दों में लिखने का प्रयास करें। जितना आप लिखने की कोशिश करोगे उतनी ही आपकी लेखन शैली सुधरेगी और व्याकरण में कम गलती होगी।
